RETURN POLICY

As of now, orders placed online are made to your specifications and therefore, after 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any reason other than defect or damage to your order. We encourage all of our clients to double check their orders before purchasing. Please feel free to email us at shop@jessiedugan.com with any questions.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@jessiedugan.com.

REPAIRS

All online purchases come with a full repair guarantee up to 1 year. For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your JESSIE DUGAN piece. Send us an email to shop@jessiedugan.com and we will work with you to get it repaired. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
